Finding your perfect companion at Minipups is a straightforward and transparent process. Here’s how you can bring one of our adorable teacup or toy size puppies into your home:

Inquire About Availability: Begin by contacting us directly through our WhatsApp number at +421907124838. You can enquire about the current availability of our puppies. Our team is ready to provide you with detailed information about each puppy, including photos, health status, and personality traits.

Reserve Your Puppy: Once you have selected your desired puppy and we have confirmed its availability, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit ensures that no other buyer can claim the puppy you have chosen. The amount of the deposit will be clearly stated during our communication.

Finalize Payment: After the deposit is made, the remaining balance of the purchase price is due upon delivery in person and one day in advance in the case of courier delivery. We accept a variety of payment methods, which will be detailed for you to choose the most convenient option.

Preparation for Shipment: Depending on where your new puppy is currently located, the wait time before they can join you may vary:
  • Puppies from Slovakia: These puppies are ready for immediate shipment. We will coordinate with you to arrange the most convenient delivery time and method.
  • Puppies from South Korea: Due to the required rabies vaccination and health clearances, puppies being sent from South Korea to Europe or the USA may take about 2-3 months to arrive. This ensures they meet all health regulations and travel safely.

Delivery Options: We ensure your new puppy arrives safely and comfortably by offering several delivery methods:
  • Car: Ideal for nearby locations or within the same country.
  • Airflight: For international deliveries or long-distance travel, ensuring a quick and safe arrival.
  • Personal Delivery: In special cases, we can also arrange for a personal delivery, where one of our staff members brings your new puppy directly to you. This option is subject to availability and specific arrangements.

Receiving Your Puppy: We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide all necessary health records, vaccination details, and travel information before your puppy arrives. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth and joyful as possible for both you and your new furry best friend.
